How to shop at Shelta.eu

Easy as 1 2 3... When you´ve found a product you´d like to buy, choose color and/or size and click "Add to cart". All added products will show in the cart at the bottom of the page, where your total price also displays. At any time you can change or delete products by clicking on "Edit Cart".

When you´re finished shopping click "Check out". Check out is divided into steps, and at the last step you are able to control all your info, before comfirming your order. In the check out you´ll fill in your address and credit card info.

Shortly after you have placed your order with us, you´ll recieve an automatic order comfirmation to the email adress stated in your order. If you do not recive an order comfirmation, please check your junk mail, and make sure you have typed the correct email address. If still no email has arrived, contact us at support@shelta.se and we´ll help you out. When your order has been shipped, you will recieve a tracking number by email.

Prices and currency

The prices on Shelta.eu are automaticly converted from Swedish Krona (SEK) into the currency you´ve selected in the dropbox at the bottom of our page. The conversion is updated every 24 hours, and prices may therefore vary slightly from day to day, due to world currency changes.

How much is shipping?

Denmark and Finland: 150 SEK
Anywhere else in the EU; 200 SEK
Norway: 250 SEK
Japan: 300 SEK + 50 SEK for each extra item.
Anywhere else in the world: 250 SEK + 50 SEK for each extra item.

SEK = Swedish Krona

Your shipping cost is converted from SEK into the currency you have chosen, and might vary slightly from day to day due to world currency changes. Many websites provide online currency conversion, where you can convert SEK (Swedish Krona) into your currency. Here are two free alternatives (alt.1 and alt.2).

Your website is slow and act weird...

If the website feels slow and acts all over weird, it is probably because you are using Internet Explorer 6 as your browser. This browser sucks big time (even the heads over at Microsoft themself think so...), and we advise you to download Internet Explorer 7 (here) or the latest Mozilla Firefox (here) if your using PC, or Safari (here) if you´re a Mac user. Then all your problems should be solved...

Changing or cancelling an order

If you would like to change or cancel your order you need to be very quick. Email us at support@shelta.se with the topic "Change + your order number" or "Order cancellation + your order number".

Security

We provide the highest security level on the internet. We do not store your credit card information after your order has been processed.

Delivery time

International shipping is 2-10 working days depending on what country you live in. The more far away from Sweden, the longer it will take... Orders are normally processed within 24 hours.

I did not recieve my order comfirmation...?

If you do not recive an order comfirmation, please check your junk mail, and also make sure you have typed the correct email address in your order. If still no email has arrived, contact us at support@shelta.se and we´ll help you out. When your order has been shipped, you will recieve a tracking number by email.

How do I find the right size?

Next to every product you will find a "Size guide". A good tip is measuring your own clothes at home, and then compare them with our size guide. All measurements are in cm (centimeters). 1 cm = 0,39 inch. 10 cm = 3,9 inches. 1 inch = 2,54 cm. 10 inches = 25,4 cm.

Customs

International customers outside the EU will in some cases be charged for customs or import taxes. This is out of our hands, so please check with your local customs what the deal is in your country.

Returns

You can return products within 14 days. Please note that all products returned have to be in new condition, including labels and box etc. No returns on products bought on sale. When returning goods, shipping is at your own expense. Here´s the process:


1. Email us at support@shelta.se with the topic "Return + your order number". Write what product you would like to return.


2. Return the goods to this address: Shelta AB Andra Langgatan 21 41328 Gothenburg Sweden When returning the goods, don´t forget the printed reciept you recieved.


3. Email us the tracking number for your return.


4. When we´ve recived your return we´ll refund you.



Exchanges

You can exchange products within 14 days. Please note that all products exchanged have to be in new condition, including labels and box etc. No exchange on sale products. When exchanging goods, shipping is at your own expense, both ways. Here´s the process:


1. Email us at support@shelta.se with the topic "Exchange + your order number". Write what product you would like to change, and what other product you would like instead, and we´ll put it on hold for you. Make sure the product is available in our webshop.


2. We will answer your email and let you know how much and how to pay for the shipping back to you.


3. Return the goods to this address:

When returning the goods, don´t forget the printed reciept you recieved. Please write on the reciept what product you´d like instead, to speed things up.


4. Email us the tracking number for your return.


5. When we´ve recived your return and shipping has been payed we´ll send the exchanged product to you.



Reclaims

Email us at support@shelta.se with the topic "Reclaim + your order number". Explain what the problem is and attach pictures if it´s possible. Please note that we have to approve your reclaim before you make a return.
